    Job description

    The Senior Recruiter at Argano play a key role in attracting and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The Senior Recruiter also contributes to the development and enhancement of recruitment policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
    • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Facilitate the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental goals and hiring needs.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics to management.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in recruitment.
    • Establish benchmarking standards for the talent acquisition team and continuously monitor and optimize recruitment metrics.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies, including the management of online presence and candidate engagement, to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master's degree desirable or equivalent in years of experience

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 4-6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates.
    • Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS ·

    • Screening and Evaluation: Advanced understanding of resume screening and initial candidate assessment. Ability to conduct preliminary interviews and gather relevant information.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Organizational Skills: Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities. Managing candidate pipelines and keeping accurate records.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Willingness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition function.
    • Advanced Sourcing: Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
    • Interviewing Skills: Ability to assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
    • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Ability to provide insights on talent market conditions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes.
    • Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
    • Strategic Planning: Ability to align recruitment efforts with business goals and workforce planning.
    • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand. Act as an ambassador for the organization in the external talent market.
