Job Title: Infectious Disease tester

Location: Harm Reduction Center 226 East 144th St. Bronx, NY 10451
Job Summary:
The HUB Infectious disease Tester will provide individual client outreach and in-reach, outreach to community organizations, HIV/STI/HEPC testing, linkages for PrEP/PEP, access to iART for clients testing HIV+, and establish HUB client records in AWARDS data base.
