    About the Role

    The Project Manager is responsible for leading technology, operational, and business transformation initiatives across Aria Care Partners. This role partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver projects that drive growth, efficiency, innovation, and scalability. Projects may include EMR implementations, Salesforce enhancements, enterprise integrations, AI initiatives, automation, data migrations, operational improvements, and merger & acquisition integrations.

    The Project Manager will also help establish and promote project management standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.

    What You’ll Do

    • Independently lead projects from planning through implementation, stabilization, and operational transition.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and communications.
    • Maintain project documentation, issue logs, decision logs, and action items to ensure accountability and transparency.
    • Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
    • Manage project activities involving external vendors, consultants, and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Lead initiatives involving EMR platforms, Salesforce, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data migrations, and emerging technologies.
    • Support the implementation of AI-enabled tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
    • Support the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, standards, templates, reporting practices, and delivery processes.
    • Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, training coordination, and user adoption.
