- Inputs, receives and stores storeroom orders.
- Prepares the unit for opening by stocking, setting up signs, ensuring cleanliness, and checking equipment.
- Sets up Sequoia, retrieves banks and prepares the market and food as needed.
- Monitors food quality and employee productivity.
- Communicates openly with staff and supervisor.
- Completes product orders as required.
- Trains employees in their job duties and health codes requirements.

- Rings up orders accurately, accepts payment and provides correct change.
- Counts bank to verify accuracy.

- Knowledge of food service equipment, such as steamers, slicers, and fryers.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Food Pro.
