• Develop and present business cases, including business process automation, analysis, and recommendations.

• Shape the initial scope, objectives, and success criteria for new modernization initiatives before transition to delivery teams.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, technology, modernization goals, and organizational priorities.
• Provide expert guidance to clients recommending functional and strategic improvements.
• Deliver recommendations, analyses, and briefings to senior-level stakeholders.
•Develop clear, executive‑ready communication materials—including strategic briefs, decision papers, roadmap narratives, and modernization storylines—to support alignment across senior leadership.
• Translate complex technical and functional concepts into concise, well‑structured visual artifacts (e.g., capability maps, transformation diagrams, decision models) to enable informed decision‑making.
• Create internal communication frameworks that ensure cross‑team understanding of modernization objectives, priorities, and impacts.
• Establish communication rhythms (program updates, cross‑team syncs, leadership briefs) that increase transparency and reduce ambiguity across delivery and strategy workstreams.
• Drive information design for program initiatives, ensuring roadmaps, process flows, and conceptual models are coherent, accessible, and tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
