About Arqaam Academy

Arqaam Academy is the flagship 7-week intensive Investment Analyst Programme launched by Arqaam Capital to identify, train, and accelerate high-potential talent across the region.

This is a selective, institutional-grade training programme designed to equip participants with the technical and analytical capabilities required in investment banking and capital markets.

The programme combines rigorous classroom instruction, real-world case simulations, sector deep-dives, and direct mentorship from senior members of Arqaam Capital.

This is not an internship.
It is an acceleration platform for future investment professionals.

Programme Structure

Over seven immersive weeks, participants will receive training in:

• Financial statement analysis & accounting fundamentals
• Three-statement financial modelling
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation
• Trading & transaction multiples
• M&A and LBO modelling
• Capital markets & derivatives
• Sector coverage deep-dives (including banks, healthcare, insurance and other core sectors)
• Real transaction case studies
• Investment presentation & analytical communication skills

Participants will be evaluated through structured assessments, including a final technical review.

Who Should Apply

We are seeking high-caliber, disciplined, and analytically strong candidates who demonstrate ambition and intellectual rigor.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Final-year undergraduate or recently completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency (preferred)
• High attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and resilience under pressure
• Clear interest in investment banking and capital markets

Professional certifications (CFA Level I candidate or above) are a plus but not mandatory.
