Senior .NET Developer
Job Description:
We are expanding our development team and are looking to hire skilled and motivated Senior .NET Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, a passion for coding, and a keen eye for detail. As a senior member of our team, you will take on leadership responsibilities, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with architectural oversight.
- Collaborate with project managers, business users, and other developers to build high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback and mentorship to peers and junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects efficiently.
- Take ownership in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer.
- Expert knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated responsible use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, JetBrains AI Assistant), including critical review of AI-generated code.
- Experience with Angular along HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Proficiency with database technologies like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
