Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, and a strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and analytics. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards & reports.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·        
Develop data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for efficient data analysis.

·        
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI solutions.

·        
Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability.

·        
Integrate data from various sources (e.g., Relational databases, Excel, cloud-based services) into Power BI.

·        
Participate in data governance and best practices for BI development and deployment.

·        
Stay up to date with Power BI updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·        
Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer (seniority based on experience).

·        
Strong proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Report Design).

·        
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.

·        
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·        
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for BI solutions is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        
Flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies.

·        
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·        
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
