Position Scope
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our studio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring game integrity, supervising game presenters and shufflers, and maintaining high operational and appearance standards. You will also collaborate closely with multiple teams to uphold our company's quality and performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly resolving any game or staff incident;
- Fostered seamless collaboration with members of the Floor Supervisors Team, the OCR Team, the WFS Team, and others, enhancing communication and teamwork;
- Monitoring the operational quality, safety and inspecting the studio’s equipment;
- Conduct regular checks on dealers and shufflers to ensure their presence during designated shifts and maintain an accurate attendance record;
- Monitor and assess the appearance of staff members, ensuring they adhere to the established dress code;
- Supervising dealers’ and shufflers’ activity and rotations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proactive Approach;
- Have at least 6 months of experience within the company;
- Effective Collaboration and Strong Communication Skills;
- Comprehensive understanding of the Blackjack game, its dynamics, as well as basic understanding in all equipment-related procedures, contributing to the efficient and smooth operation of casino floor activities;
- Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian;
- Previous experience on a similar position would be considered an advantage;
- Computer skills.
