    Position Summary

    Arrow International is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a highly trusted, strategic business partner to the President. This person will work side-by-side with the President to help drive key initiatives, improve communication, support executive decision-making, and ensure important priorities are moving forward across the business. This role will serve as a critical extension of the President and will require strong business judgment, executive presence, discretion, organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leaders while managing confidential information with professionalism.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to the President, providing insight, support, and professional judgment.
    • Attend key meetings with the President, capture detailed notes, identify action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
    • Track strategic priorities, initiatives, deliverables, and commitments to ensure accountability and execution.
    • Represent the President in meetings when needed and help ensure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned.
    • Draft, edit, and respond to executive-level communications on behalf of the President as appropriate.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Manage front-end communication, coordination, and follow-up so the President can remain focused on strategic priorities.
    • Support scheduling, travel, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, technology setup, and logistics.
    • Partner with senior leaders to improve communication, remove roadblocks, and help drive business priorities forward.
    • Assist in preparing materials for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and Board of Directors meetings.
    • Over time, help build and lead a small support team to expand executive operations capacity.
    • Support special projects, business initiatives, and ad hoc priorities as needed.
