    Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our Game Development team in Las Vegas.

The Producer serves as the operational owner of multiple game development projects, partnering with Game Design, Engineering, Art, Animation, QA, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver high-quality games from concept through release.

This role is responsible for driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams by building schedules, managing priorities, identifying risks early, removing blockers, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives. Successful Producers are highly organized communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy bringing people together to solve complex problems.

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities

    • Own the day-to-day production of multiple concurrent game development projects.
    • Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, and production roadmaps.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish realistic milestones and delivery plans.
    • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, developing mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
    • Facilitate effective communication between Engineering, Art, Animation, QA, Game Design, Product Management, and studio leadership.
    • Track project health through regular status reporting, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
    • Coordinate project planning activities including sprint planning, milestone reviews, and release readiness.
    • Drive accountability across project teams while fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
    • Continuously evaluate production processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
    • Support studio-wide initiatives that improve development workflows, tooling, and production standards.
