Position Summary
The Senior Compliance Counsel would report to the CLO and be responsible for overseeing the company’s charitable gaming regulatory and compliance activities. This position requires a licensed attorney with gaming law and compliance experience who is willing to be based out of our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. The Senior Compliance Counsel will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and charitable gaming regulators, manage a team of compliance professionals, and ensure that the organization operates in full accordance with applicable charitable gaming laws and regulations across all markets.
