As a Senior Manager - Investment Strategic Planning (known internally as Senior Portfolio Manager - Strategic Planning), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our Investments business. Partnering closely with the Investments Leadership Team, you'll lead the development and evolution of the Investments strategic plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, long-term objectives and member outcomes.
You'll bring strategic insight, commercial thinking and influencing skills to help identify emerging risks, opportunities, challenge assumptions and assess progress against agreed objectives. Working across a broad stakeholder network, you'll provide analysis, advice and recommendations that support informed decision-making and organisational outcomes.
You'll guide the evolution of the Investments target operating model, strategic workforce planning as well as engagement with strategic industry partnerships. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the future of the Investments business by connecting strategy, organisational capability and enterprise delivery.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane or Sydney.
