We are looking to recruit a Development Executive to join our growing East Anglia team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected and ambitious business with a strong presence across the region. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team where relationships matter, success is celebrated, and individuals are empowered to make a genuine impact on the growth of the business.
We're keen to hear from experienced Development Executives and Account Executives, but we'd also welcome ambitious insurance professionals from Account Handling, Account Management, or SME backgrounds who are passionate about winning new business, building relationships, and progressing into a client-facing development role.
As a Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities across East Anglia, creating long-term partnerships and helping drive sustainable growth across the region.
A key part of this role is building and developing strong relationships across your region, leveraging established partnerships and creating new opportunities within the market. You'll focus on nurturing trusted connections, growing your network, and developing long-term relationships that support sustainable business growth. We're therefore looking for someone who enjoys networking, building meaningful relationships, and taking a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
Given the nature of the role, we're flexible on location across East Anglia. Success in this position comes from being out in the market meeting clients, strengthening partner relationships, and building your network across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, rather than being office-based.
