    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Acting as the main point of contact for scheme implementation enquiries.
    • Leading Gallagher Guide renewals and new builds, including planning, task updates, and post-implementation reviews.
    • Collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines.

We’re seeking individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about delivering excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

    • A recognised Project Management qualification.
    • Demonstrable project management experience; within the UK Employee Benefits or broader Financial Services industries.
    • Ideally, previous experience in an employee benefits business.
    • Strong client management and communication skills.
    • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
    • A self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
    • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Compensation and benefits
