    Overview

    Enjoy having autonomy in your work and developing your DC investment consulting career within a friendly, flexible environment, backed by the security of a growing firm recognised as one of the UK's leading independent pension and investment consultancies.

    This is a senior role within our Defined Contribution Investment Consulting team, where you will take lead responsibility for advising some of our largest DC clients. These include master trusts, collective DC schemes, single-employer trusts, pension scheme sponsors, Independent Governance Committees (IGCs), and pension providers. You will work closely with specialists across our asset-liability, manager research, and responsible investment teams to deliver high-quality strategic advice and innovative investment solutions for clients

    How you'll make an impact

    This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of the leadership team within the DC practice, where you’ll be responsible for:

    • Shaping the firm’s DC strategy
    • Industry leading research
    • The continued enhancement of technology to support our work
    • Business development, strategic client engagement, and market positioning

    About you

    • Has 8–15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients.
    • Combines strong technical knowledge with a strategic mindset.
    • Enjoys mentoring and helping others grow.
    • Builds trusted relationships with clients.

    It’s a bonus if you:

    • Hold CFA or FIA qualifications (not essential).
    • Have experience co-leading client relationships.
    • Have managed junior colleagues and want to develop your leadership skills further.
