    Overview

    The M&A Marketing Integration Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful integration of newly acquired organizations into Gallagher’s marketing and brand ecosystem. Reporting to the GGB Americas M&A Marketing Integration Lead, this position partners closely with the M&A Marketing Integration Manager to coordinate and execute marketing integration initiatives that ensure a seamless transition for merger partners.

    This role contributes to the development and implementation of brand and marketing integration strategies, supports cross-functional integration workstreams, and facilitates collaboration across Marketing and Communications teams. Through strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to established best practices, the M&A Marketing Integration Specialist helps deliver a consistent, efficient, and positive integration experience while supporting the organization's growth objectives.

    How you'll make an impact

    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing integration initiatives for newly acquired organizations.
    • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with integration objectives.
    • Maintain marketing integration trackers, transition templates, and supporting resources for merger partner onboarding and planning discussions.
    • Coordinate the development of transition and branding assets, including interim logos, marketing collateral, advertising materials, event marketing assets, and other external communications.
    • Submit and manage requests through Workfront and collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to support project execution.
    • Assist with the activation and implementation of M&A-related marketing campaigns when required.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional M&A integration teams and key stakeholders.
    • Support due diligence activities by gathering, organizing, and tracking marketing-related information.
    • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing integration initiatives and campaigns.
    • Ensure compliance with established marketing standards, processes, and best practices to deliver a consistent and efficient integration experience.

    About you

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing communications, or related disciplines.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
    • Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integration programs, or organizational change initiatives preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
