We help clients navigate complexity with confidence by empowering businesses, communities, and individuals to thrive. At Gallagher, you’ll find more than a job; you’ll find a culture built on trust, driven by collaboration, and sustained by the belief that we’re better together. Experience a workplace where you’re encouraged to be yourself, supported to succeed, and inspired to keep learning. That’s what it means to live The Gallagher Way.

    Overview

You’ll lead the day-to-day support for performance marketing colleagues in Colombia. This role brings together people leadership, workload planning, quality oversight, and operational support across social media, marketing automation, web, SEO/SEM, and related digital channels.

    • You'll work with Functional Leads to monitor team capacity, resource allocation trends, workforce readiness, and operational needs, helping identify potential risks, constraints, or opportunities for improvement. While Functional Leads provide direction for the work itself, you'll help ensure the team has the support, communication, and operational structure needed to perform successfully.
    • You'll serve as a key operational partner across global teams, helping facilitate alignment, collaboration, and information sharing. You'll also support the adoption of Marketing Studio processes, governance standards, documentation requirements, and technology platforms, including Workfront, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall team effectiveness.
