This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing some of Gallagher's largest and most complex new business and retention opportunities across our Specialty divisions. You'll partner with senior leaders, producers and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies, lead high-profile pursuits and drive best-in-class bid management practices.

The Strategic Bid Management Team (SBMT) leads Gallagher's most important business development and retention opportunities. Working on high-value, strategically significant pursuits, the team partners with business leaders to shape opportunities from an early stage, ensuring a structured, disciplined and client-focused approach that maximises our chances of success.As a Senior Bid Manager (Specialty Lead), you will take ownership of complex strategic pursuits, managing the process from initial qualification and opportunity shaping through to submission, presentation and post-bid review.
You will provide expert bid leadership, establish governance and delivery frameworks, and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups to create high-quality, differentiated client propositions.
This role offers significant visibility across Gallagher's Specialty business, working closely with senior executives and contributing directly to business growth.
