Overview

The Strategy & Operations Consultant is part of Gallagher’s Internal Consulting team and helps solve some of the company’s most important business process challenges. In this role, you will work with senior leaders and operational teams to analyze problems, develop solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation.

This is a great opportunity for a strong problem solver who enjoys working across teams, using data to drive decisions, and turning ideas into practical action.

How you'll make an impact

• Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities
• Build business cases, requirements, and performance metrics
• Document current-state and future-state processes
• Support market entry, profitability, and growth strategy studies
• Develop action plans and implementation support materials
• Create reports, training materials, and project updates
• Present recommendations and help drive performance improvement initiatives

About you

• Bachelor’s degree required
• English B2+
• 2–3 years of management consulting experience
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders
• Sound business judgment and the ability to balance financial and non-financial considerations
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
