What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build and continuously refine machine learning models using a scientific and data‑driven approach across structured and unstructured data
- Partner closely with stakeholders, embracing collaboration as our way of working to identify and prioritise impactful use cases
- Translate complex data science outputs into clear, actionable insights across our O+O business model
- Monitor, evaluate and optimise AI solutions to ensure strong business value with a customer‑focused mindset
- Stay up to date with advancements in ML and GenAI, bringing innovative ideas into real-world applications
What You’ll Bring
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical techniques, data manipulation, Python, SQL and ML libraries
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks or similar
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with a scientific and evidence‑based approach to problem solving
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly insights
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- A collaborative mindset, proactive in partnering across teams and stakeholders
