    Job description

    The Ascendancy Group’s Mission To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. Overview As a SOF Desk Officer, you will provide SA case management support and HUMINT technical oversight to 1st Special Forces Command and ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC) in accordance with Intelligence Community, Service, and Joint SOF policies and procedures.

    You will support the planning and execution of SA core competencies, manage case documentation and intelligence reporting, and monitor security, risk, and operational controls to protect personnel and missions. You will coordinate with Intelligence Community and Joint Force partners, advise operational personnel on SA activities, and support the integration of Multi-Domain Intelligence to enhance case execution, operational planning, and mission effects.

    You will also assist in the employment of sensitive capabilities and contribute to risk management throughout the operations cycle. Security Requirement: Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Serves as a SOF Desk Officer.
    • Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.
    • Serve as an advisor on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
    • Review HUMINT operational reporting and the processing of Intelligence Community standard formats and inputs.
    • Ensure compliance with local Major Command (MACOM) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) specified policies and guidance.
    • Assist SA and HUMINT case management as focal point for operational reporting.
    • Maintain reporting metrics to support the SAMMC mission.
    • Utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of platform/collector performance.
    • Support monthly reporting of HUMINT reporting metrics.
    • Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
    • Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information.
    • Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.
    • Provides consistent real-time updates of collection and planned collection requirements through existing databases.
