About the Role" Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Agent/AI Developer

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement intelligent agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Mistral), reinforcement learning, or hybrid AI architectures. - Develop agent workflows capable of planning, tool use, memory retrieval, and multi-turn interaction. - Integrate APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) into agent environments. - Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for specialized tasks or workflows. - Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, robustness, and safety. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, research, and backend engineering to deploy and scale AI systems. - Stay current with advancements in generative AI, autonomous agents, and machine learning research.

Required Skills:

- Demonstrated experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Chainer, Artefact. - Dev Environment Experience in Azure Cloud Services (AKS, Azure Store), Open Source (MERN), Insights Event Log Monitoring. - Dev Stack Experience with Next.JS, Express, Node.JS, REACT, Rest. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI engineering. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or AutoGPT-style architectures. - Experience deploying models and systems into production environments (e.g., via Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure).

Desirable

Skills:
