Business Analyst - Man Mohan - Offshore(1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Create user stories, use cases, workflows, and wireframes.
• Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying requirements and reviewing deliverables.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and project stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and suggest improvements for business processes or systems.
