IAM Specialist - IGA/IAM Implementation - Offshore(01)

About the Role" We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, administering, and optimizing the IBM Identity Governance solution for Workforce identities, focusing on enhancing security, streamlining identity lifecycle management, and ensuring seamless daily IAM operations. "Job Title" Identity Governance Specialist "Responsibilities" - Implementation and Administration: - Experience in large-scale deployment of IGA solutions with IBM Identity Security Verify Governance (ISVG) and IBM Identity Security Identity Manager ISIM. - Ability to connect to target systems with IBM Security Verify Governance Adapters v10.x, including creating custom adapters for LDAP, databases, and REST APIs. - Expertise in managing identities across the IBM software ecosystem with IBM Security Identity Governance and Administration Data Integrator (ISIGADI). - Access Management and Governance: - Design role-based access controls, lifecycle rules, and provisioning policies. - Implement and automate workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) scenarios. - Conduct certification campaigns for access reviews. - System Integration: - Experience in integrating ISVG with IBM Identity Security Identity Manager ISIM. - Ability to integrate ISVG with various Enterprise Workplace solutions like Active Directory, Azure AD, Salesforce, HIRS Workday, Gsuite, Directory, ITSM, etc. - Group lifecycle management for RBAC, ABAC, PBAC governance. - Identity lifecycle management for HIRS Workday and third-party contingent workforce identities. - Configure authentication and self-service portals. - Reporting and Analytics: - Generate Certifications, Reviews, Audit Reporting, and customizations for endpoint entitlement and membership reconciliation reporting. - Develop and automate custom reports and analytics for operational insights. - Support and Troubleshooting: - Resolve operational issues and provide technical support within SLA guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and system optimization.

"Education Qualification" - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Identity Governance solutions would be a plus.
