Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions leveraging AGM frameworks within healthcare processes.
Configure and customize Pega applications to support business requirements for Appeals and Grievances management.
Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, or other integration protocols.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient system designs.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Pega applications and integrations.
Ensure best practices in Pega design, coding standards, and maintainability.
Participated in release planning, sprint reviews, and defect triage meetings as part of the Agile delivery process.
Required Skills and Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, including case design and workflow configuration.
Strong understanding of Pega Integration concepts (Connectors, Services, Data Pages, etc.).
Experience working on Pega V8.x platform.
Healthcare domain experience is mandatory, preferably in Appeals and Grievance Management (AGM).
Pega CSA Certification is required.
Ability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Pega CSSA certification (optional but preferred).
Knowledge of database concepts (SQL) and integration middleware tools.
