Senior Executive - Alliance Operations

Job Title – Alliances Operations

Ascendion is looking for an Alliance Operations expert to manage the operations for big partners like Azure, AWS, GCP and Salesforce. 

Qualifications/Experience:

• 3-7+ years of experience working with Strategic Alliances teams or Partner Channels in the technology industry
• Understanding of and familiarity with Partner programs of companies like Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS and Salesforce.  
• Ability to navigate the partner programs and mapping the various requirements as well as offers related to sales and enablement. 
• Aspiration to grow into a Alliance Management role. 
• Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
• Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through
• Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations) 

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Track Certifications and ensure they are updated in Partner Portal
2. Track Deals and Register new deals in the Partner portal
3. Ensure Partner portal requirements are met
4. Keep offerings in the Partner Market Place (wherever relevant) up to date. 
5. Leverage existing and new programs launched by Partners to drive growth.
6. Tracking any rebates and marketing investments and ensure Ascendion is leveraging and claiming the earned benefits on time.
