About the Role" Cloud Infrastructure Engineer "Responsibilities" - Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation. - Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions using Veeam, Commvault, and AWS Snapshots. - Administer SaaS applications such as Okta, AWS Workspaces, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom. - Monitor observability tools like Datadog, Orion, Nagios, and WhatsUp Gold. - Provide support for Active Directory, hardware lifecycle, and Windows/Mac OS. - Collaborate with DevOps team for CI/CD pipelines. - Offer escalation support and mentor L2 engineers. - Assist in security incident responses. - Maintain a balance between hands-on work and governance and compliance awareness.
