If you are an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives on autonomy and LOVES the energy of a clinic launch, this one is for you! We are officially launching a gorgeous, primary care facility and we’re looking for a dynamic APP to hit the ground running.
Comprehensive Full-Lifespan Primary Care: Autonomously lead patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and preventative screenings while collaborating with physicians to diagnose and treat complex acute and chronic health conditions.
Patient-Centered Education & Coordination: Counsel patients and families on preventive wellness and treatment options while managing direct specialty referrals, community resource coordination, and rigorous electronic health record documentation.
