    Location: Oshkosh, WI

    Facility Name: Ascension Mercy Hospital

    Schedule:Full-Time

    Sign-on bonus: $30,000

    Relocation assistance: up to $10,000

    Productivity incentives: Competitive guaranteed salary for the first two years with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

    CME allowance: $4,000

    What You Will Do

    Join a growing Gastroenterology department with plans for continued physician recruitment and expansion. 

    • Call expectations of no more than 8 days per month, with additional recruitment anticipated to support long-term call coverage.
    • Opportunity to help shape and grow your GI practice, with flexibility to develop a sub-specialty focus aligned with your interests.
    • Enjoy an efficient endoscopy environment with dedicated CRNA support, experienced nurses and technicians, block scheduling, and protected procedure days.
    • Benefit from advanced practice provider support to help maximize efficiency and focus on patient care and procedures.
    • EUS and ERCP are optional, allowing physicians to tailor their practice to their clinical interests and expertise.
    • Join a stable, collegial practice with experienced physicians and strong physician longevity.
    • Potential opportunity to invest in a physician-owned ASC in Menasha, providing an exciting avenue for long-term professional and financial growth.
    • H-1B visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastronenterology
    • Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration
    • Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care by evaluating and treating patients, accepting referrals, providing inpatient and outpatient consultations, and serving as an admitting, attending, or consulting physician as needed, including participation in call schedules and discharge planning.
    • Support high-quality, cost-effective care through thorough documentation, timely insurance denial appeals, quality improvement initiatives, and participation in medical education, research, and other academic programs as requested.

    What You Will Need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • One or more of the following required:
      • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Advanced Life Support preferred.

    Education:

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
