Salary: $94,870.66 to $128,354.41 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead the strategic marketing and brand messaging for the neurosurgery program to drive patient volume and increase regional awareness.
• Partner directly with senior clinic directors and physician leadership to identify, develop, and produce compelling patient, physician, and associate stories that showcase exceptional care and strengthen the organization's brand.
• Develop multi-channel content and manage social media channels to elevate brand presence within the Middle Tennessee region.
• Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to optimize marketing traction and present clear performance reports to the leadership team.
• Oversee access marketing campaigns across local urgent care, emergency, and provider promotion channels to streamline new patient scheduling journeys.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

• 5 years of progressive marketing experience at a manager or senior individual contributor level.
• Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through written, visual, and digital content, with a portfolio showcasing independently produced work.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or physician group practice marketing preferred.
