    Location: Tulsa, OKFacility Name: St. John Medical CenterSchedule:Full-Time Productivity incentives: Competitive 2 year guarantee, then transition to RVU Corridor Compensation Plan

    CME allowance + dedicated CME daysMalpractice coverage with tail

    This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

    What You Will Do

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

    • Join an established team of 1 physician and 2 APPs
    • Practice setting: Mixed
    • Access to: Dedicated block time | Support staff
    • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
    • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
    • Recommend, champion, and actively participate in clinical initiatives designed to elevate the quality of patient care, improve safety, and enhance cost-effectiveness.
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within your assigned area using advanced clinical skills.

    What You Will Need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

    Education:

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
