Housekeeper

Roaring Fork Senior Living, Glenwood Spring's premier senior living community, is seeking a reliable and attentive Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by cleaning resident apartments and community spaces with care and consistency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys contributing to a welcoming atmosphere, and understands the important role a well-kept environment plays in enhancing the daily lives of our residents. This is a part time position, primarily working weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting

• Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing

• Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution

• Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning

• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred

• Personable and friendly with residents

• Conscientious and detail oriented

• Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 an hour
