Role Purpose

We’re looking for a customer-focused Product Owner who is excited by the chance to transform how major construction and infrastructure projects are delivered through smarter, more connected digital products.

Working closely with customers, engineers, designers and product leaders, you’ll turn complex, real-world industry challenges into intuitive product solutions that improve project outcomes, strengthen information management and make collaboration easier for the people delivering critical projects every day.

You’ll play a central role in deciding what we build, why it matters and how we deliver measurable value, helping shape innovative capabilities across Common Data Environments (CDE), Information Management, workflow automation, data insights and AI-enabled product experiences.

Role Description

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for your product area.
• Turn customer problems and strategic goals into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, UX and QA teams to deliver valuable, high-quality product improvements.
• Balance customer needs, technical priorities and long-term product strategy.

Customer Discovery & Industry Engagement

• Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, challenges and goals.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and discovery sessions.
• Champion the voice of the customer while maintaining alignment with the wider product vision.
• Use Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) techniques to uncover underlying customer needs and opportunities.

Construction & Information Management Expertise

• Develop a strong understanding of construction and infrastructure delivery.
• Help ensure product capabilities align with industry best practice, including Information Management and Common Data Environment (CDE) principles.
• Support solutions that improve compliance, quality, governance and user experience.

Innovation & Product Growth

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, data insights and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support product launches, customer adoption and go-to-market activities.
• Use customer feedback, product usage data and market insight to shape future priorities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks and trade-offs clearly.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Agile delivery within a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with customers in English.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• A passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.

Highly Desirable

• Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering technology, BIM, CDE or Information Management.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation or data-driven solutions.
