 Required - 7 years - Experience in business process analysis
 Required - 5 years - Experience working at Program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects that make up the program
 Required - 5 years - Working knowledge of application development life cycle
 Required - 5 years - Strong analytical and conceptual skills
 Highly Desired - 5 years - Working knowledge of business improvement process and industry best practices
 Required - 5 years - Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
 Required - 3 years - Experience developing and documenting user cases, test plans, scenarios and scripts
 Required - 7 years - Experience with requirement development
 Required - 7 years - Experience with testing and documentation.
