Administrative-General

Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department of five. Duties include independently, without direct supervision: printing of emails in excess email box, logging of incoming emails and faxes into Excel, scanning of misc documents, filing of excess policy files numerically, filing of producer files alphabetically, completion of word templates for outgoing mail, emailing of E&O renewal requests and subsequent receipt, review, approval and input of agent E&O submissions, emailing of basic responses to agents as directed by Underwriters, processing/posting of outgoing mail, processing of incoming mail, and input of agency data for producer record creation. Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. High school diploma plus 2 years office experience.
