As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all software components meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, while aligning closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.

ServiceNow Scrum Master - ServiceNow project implementation experiences, Project Management, Team Management, ServiceNow Functional Knowledge
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software output.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing technical guidance across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and system scalability considerations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
