Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI practices within the organization.
- Develop frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI systems are designed and implemented ethically.
- Mentor junior team members to build expertise in responsible AI methodologies.
- Coordinate with external partners and regulatory bodies to stay updated on evolving ethical standards and compliance requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI & Python
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and principles.
- Experience in designing AI systems that comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and accountability mechanisms.
- Skilled in evaluating AI models for fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
