Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of software components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and telephony integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows within Amazon Connect.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
