As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing software components that meet those needs. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing systems, adapting to evolving project demands and client feedback. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple tasks throughout the day are essential to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of graph database architectures and query languages.
- Ability to design and optimize complex data structures for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Experience in integrating graph databases with various application frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in graph database environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
