As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to meet evolving needs and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software development and system enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to optimize performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
