As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. This role is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality by ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The practitioner actively monitors system performance, identifies client issues with precision, and collaborates with various stakeholders to design effective resolutions. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to sustaining the reliability and efficiency of world-class systems through continuous engagement and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with System Monitoring Tools & Techniques.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies within unified communication platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures in a technology operations environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
