Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or Software as a Service solutions. This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The individual will focus on establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of the daily routine.

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to define and implement best practices for platform configuration and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain high availability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of packaged or Software as a Service applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data analytics and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with software release management and deployment processes.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions within a packaged or Software as a Service environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
