What would you do? • The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Professional is responsible for hands on execution of end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles, business units and geographies. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support to ensure timely and high quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service level expectations. • The role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Exposure to Australian recruitment processes, especially in the airline industry, is mandatory • Knowledge of Workday Recruiting module • Educational Qualification

Roles and Responsibilities: • Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per recruitment process guidelines: • Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need for external sourcing to meet candidate volume requirements. • Perform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility, source resumes, qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions. • Support candidate intake through applications or expressions of interest using electronic, phone or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications. • Develop candidate lists for screening. Pre qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate. • Automated Candidate Screening Interactive Voice Response IVR • Perform automated scoring exercises • Review IVR test results by listening to specific questions • Derive candidate assessment results based on IVR responses • Forward results of candidates meeting criteria for further consideration • Recruitment Administration and Analytics • Provide recruitment administration support and analysis • Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes • Partner with hiring managers and candidates and ensure continuous engagement throughout the end to end hiring process • Hands on recruitment execution • Candidate sourcing and screening • Interview coordination and pipeline management • Time management and prioritization • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements • Collaboration within recruitment and delivery teams • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS, Smart Recruiter, Job Boards and HCM platforms • Very good clear, professional and structured communication • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
