    • Build clear seasonal concepts, colour palettes, fabric strategies and key item architectures.
    • Develop commercially viable product ranges that support both brand and business objectives.
    • Drive innovation in silhouette, fabrication, construction and fit.

    • Collaborate with Technical and Product Development teams to ensure best-in-class fit, construction and quality standards.
    • Analyse trade performance, customer feedback and returns data to identify opportunities and improve future ranges.
    • Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to optimise product assortment and pricing architecture.
    • Build strong supplier relationships to deliver innovation, speed and quality.
    • Present design concepts and seasonal strategies confidently to senior leadership.

    Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience within menswear design, ideally specialising in Outerwear and Tailoring.
    • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting, fit and manufacturing processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and translate trends into commercially successful product.
    • Strong knowledge of fabrics, washes, trims and sourcing opportunities.
    • Experience working within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
    • Excellent CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and profitability.

    What We're Looking For...

    • Passion for menswear and contemporary British fashion.
    • Strong aesthetic aligned to the future vision of Topman.
