Office 496 – Kansas Market
Field-Based Position
Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.
Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.
Job Snapshot
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually
Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Training: Paid Training Provided
Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market
Experience: Previous sales experience strongly preferred. No roofing experience required.
As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
- Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
- Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
- Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift equipment as needed
- Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
