Important:
This position services the Castle Rock, CO market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Parker, CO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

Experience:
No roofing experience required
- Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
- Conduct property inspections and assess exterior damage.
- Present solutions that meet the customer's needs.
- Communicate project details clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project process.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial appointment through completion.
- Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer information and project details.
- Follow up with customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We value transferable experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive, banking, telecommunications, insurance, home improvement, and other customer-facing industries.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
- Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
- Roofing experience is not required.
- $70,000–$200,000+ earning potential.
