- Full clean driving licence (to use the Company Vehicles)
- Experience of paid care work in residential or day care environment
- Experience of working with young people aged 10 to 17 years of age
- Have a kind and caring nature
- Residential Childcare Level 3 Diploma or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Young People). Alternatively, our client is offering the opportunity to achieve a diploma within 18 months of commencing employment.
