Support Services Worker

Our Robina - Home and Community Aged Care Service are seeking multiple Casual/Part-time Domestic Support Workers - Cleaner. This is a vital role within our community services and is an excellent starting position for a career in this area. We are looking for motivated people to provide invaluable support to our clients around their homes with general household cleaning, laundry, cooking and social support. The pay-rate for this role would be $32.65-$46.66 depending on your experience.

Please note: We are looking for individuals who have 3+ days of availability within the weekdays.

Shift timings: Mon-Fri between 8am-4pm

Areas to cover: Currumben Valley, Tallebudgera, Tallebudgera Valley, Currumbin Waters, Reedy Creek, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Varsity Lakes, Miami, Elanora, Tugun, Bilinga, Coolangatta

Ashmore, Mermaid Waters, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters, Mermaid Beach, Southport, Clear Island Waters, Benowa, Molendinar, Bundall, Carrara

Springbrook, Robina, Bonogin, Numinbah Valley, Advancetown, Mudgeeraba, Lower Beechmont, Mount Nathan, Clagiraba, Gilston, Tallai, Nerang, Worongary

About you:

• The physical demands of this role may include standing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching etc.
• Ensure cleaning and other service standards outlined by Anglicare are met
• Ensure duties are completed within the expected timeframe
• Use equipment as instructed to minimise risk of injury, and follow all manual handling and safe driving practices, in accordance with procedures and training
• A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not required

Requirements:

• Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
• A current National Police Certificate
