Job Title: Billing Executive

Business Unit: Supply Chain Management
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Manager - Warehouse & Logistics

Position Summary:

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Billing Executive in Supply Chain team, based out of Mumbai, to process orders as per indents placed by the Billing Team while ensuring timely invoice generation, order processing, customer support, dispatch coordination, and sales return management for the West Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales invoice creation and confirmation of PI from salespersons, distributors, and dealers for the West Region.
• Handle customer grievances and complaints for the West Region.
• Coordinate with warehouses for dispatch of invoices for the West Region.
• Maintain MIS of orders placed versus orders processed.
• Manage sales return transactions and related documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer orders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order processing issues.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX will be an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
• Understanding of order processing and billing activities.

Behavioral Competencies

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work under pressure during month-end closing activities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in order processing will be an added advantage.
